I joined the rowing club in 2001. I absolutely love getting out in the Bay after a days work. I love the banter we all have with the other rowing clubs. My biggest challenge was the 'Celtic Challenge' - I think it was the amount of Guinness drank beforehand. I love the relaxed approach of the Club, however we do take safety very seriously. As Chairman, my job is made very easy with the fantastic Committee and very supportive Members. Thank you. |

I have been a Member of WRBC since 2012. I love being on (or in) the water and being part of the rowing club is a bit like being part of a slightly disfunctional family! Nothing beats rowing around our beautiful bay on a sunny evening after a busy day at work. |
