Sion Cwilt (New Quay) - League race Sun 21st May

Date for your diary as the race notice will be out very soon!

The first league race of the season will be in New Quay and is one of my favourite races - great ice cream shop and the chance of seeing dolphins.. what's not to like!

For those not familiar with a league race the general format is made up of 4 races around 5km (30-40mins of rowing) each - Seniors, Ladies and Mixed - the novice race is slightly shorter and a great opportunity to have a go and find out what it's all about.

It's a lovely day out with a great atmosphere and the opportunity to meet rowers from clubs all over the county and beyond - it's also suitable for all levels and abilities of rowers!

I will post the timings as soon as I have them but pencil this in your diaries - any questions, have a chat with myself or any of the coaches and more experienced club members!
