In case you didn’t see the original post on the forum we are holding the club Christmas Party at the Imperial Hotel in Tenby on Saturday 9 December. The menu for the evening is at the end of this post. The price is £25 per person which is the same as the last two years.
The Christmas Party is also the night that the club awards are announced so don’t miss it.  Entertainment is included and the bar closes at 1am.
Dress code is ‘smart casual attire’ but many members come in party dresses and ‘black tie’.
Please say you’ll be there. Let’s celebrate the season with good friends and cheer.

* To reserve a 'ticket' please either respond on the Forum or if you do not use the forum then email melaniekemp@live.co.uk
* Payment needs to be made by Friday 27 October. If you wish to pay by BACS then we can send you the club's bank details. If you do BACS it then please quote your name followed by 'Xmas' else the club treasurer will not know who the payment is from. Cash payments can be direct to Melanie who will pass onto the club treasurer (Melanie will be at many of the erg sessions so you can be sure to catch her)
* The hotel has very kindly offered rooms at preferential rates - Only £49 for the night for 2 people in a double/twin room.  This includes breakfast.

Menu choices need to be made by Friday 24 November. Again - please make your menu choices on the forum or via email to Melanie.  When making your menu choices can you specify starter, main and dessert for each party goer.

•      Assiette of melon and Pineapple in a pool of Fruit Coulis
Mains
•      Traditional Roast Turkey, Sage and Onion Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets and Turkey Jus
•      Slow Cooked Beef with Onions, Bacon and Red Wine Sauce
•      Poached Salmon with Fine herbs
•      Stuffed Aubergine – Goats Cheese, Peppers, Mushrooms and Courgettes

All served with fresh seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes

Desserts
•      Traditional Christmas Pudding with Warm Brandy Sauce
•      Tarte aux Pommes with Pouring Cream
•      A selection of Cheese with Savoury Biscuits and Grapes

Hi, what time do the festivities begin please?

Hi Everyone.

It is just under 8 weeks to go before our Christmas party.  I hope you are looking forward to it.

Payment (£25 per person) needs to be made by Friday 27 October.  I am however at the club AGM this Friday and can take payment then.
