We are still one short but we could go from the harbour with a coxless four if Nige or Phil could tow a boat round. We have winched the boat back onto the trailer before with just 3 people.
It would be an early start though:
HW Tenby: 8.14, 8.6m
Weather forecast: fine and dry with light variable wind.
We would need to be back in the harbour by 10.15
So how about meet at the yard 7.30, on the water by 8, breakfast in Tenby?
Anyone else, even just to cox?

Mark is willing to tow onto beach at Wisemans if that saves going to harbour.
