Crews for coaching 3

I still have to complete my coaching practical sessions and I would very much like to get it done this coming month. I thought maybe I could combine this with some coaching for London to improve technique, effort and endurance for what is a gruelling race requiring all the team to pull together. I am willing to work with any crew but I would like to encourage all of our men’s team to take part if they can. I would like to run the sessions twice per week at our regular club nights beginning Tuesday 2nd August. Please post here if you can attend on a regular basis.

I am short Simon, 1.65 metres and getting shorter! So any help is most welcome. Gabi, for the qualification part of it I only have to have one person who turns up for every session (although I would prefer 4). If you can do all 5 sessions over the next couple of weeks or so and we fill in with other people I will be there. You will have to be there for the assessment as well.

Thanks very much all of you. I think it went quite well on Tuesday and we will try to build on that. Gareth will also be with us this evening but obviously he cannot come regularly. I hope the surf is not too big after all the wind yesterday.
