Session Plan: As you can see we are a bit over-subscribed. I will run the extra session, who can make 5.15pm?, all the sessions will be the similar format. Also need volunteers from the Erg course to take sessions, I will set up and do the 1st session.

5.15pm:

6.15pm: Jess, Nina, Sam, Mel, Michelle, Penny and Surrey.

7.15pm: Gabi, Marja, Richie, Nigel and Jojo.

8.15pm: Jim, Rodders, Rachel, Brent,Nick, Neil and Andy.
