Revised Plan for Tuesday:

5.15pm: Surrey, Penny, Nina, Michelle and Rosie. Coach Neil.

6.15pm: Sam, Jess, Melanie, Jim and Neil. Coach Andy.

7.15pm: Marja, Gabi, Richie, Nigel and Jojo. Coach Brent.

8.15pm: Brent, Rodders, Rachel, Nick and Andy. Coach Neil.

Can everyone attending sessions from 6.15 onward's arrive on the hour for a warm up.

Thought for this evenings session:

Newton's 1st Law.

Bodies "keep on doing what they are doing" Unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

Training Correlate.

A body trained in one technique for years likes to continue training that way and resists outside efforts painfully!
