Great row tonight ladies, take it easy for the next couple of days to recover. Well done Nat, a good stint in the boat tonight.

Brilliant row today, do not over do anything and break yourself next week! I am working Wednesday and suggest that you just have a short session to keep you ticking over, a good run out next weekend......then nothing except easy exercise and back on the carbs before London. Cant wait!

Ladies, take the week off! Take some very easy exercise, and lots and lots of stretches. Don't go bonkers but make sure you are well hydrated and take on plenty of slow absorbing carbs.
