Teams for London we have:-

Ladies - Mark, Brian, Sparker, Elen, Bryony & Natalie
Seniors- Simon, Andy, Kevin, Jake, Jim & Gary
Vets  - Alan, Libby, Caroline, Angela, Jo & Di

We should have a rota for each team shortly to enable them to practice moving swaps during their training sessions. Also tips & advice to help with training/competing from other sources....it's getting exciting now guys!! Still need to catch up with a couple of people to sort sizes for outfits, will see you club night  Cheesy

Right then, quick recap/update on Tues meeting!
1) Teams are as previously mentioned with Bryony & Andy sorting rotation for during the race tbc. Team names were finally decided on by Simon who has gone with the Hoff's selection.
2) Transport meeting times tbc as soon as we know registration time we will decide best time to leave (don't want to arrive too early & be waiting around). Plan is 2 towing vehicles taking Di, Gary, Bryony, Kevin, Simon & Brian to finish line to sort boats/registration.  Minibus Drivers Andy & Jake to take Angela, Natalie, Jo, Libby, Elen, Jim & Alan straight to hotel before collecting towers from finish line. Driving up will be Sparker, Caroline, Mark & Sian.
3) No bags will be allowed on the boat during the race!!!
You will be allowed to bring water & food!!
You will need to prepare a bag with warm/change of clothes, food & drink for the finish line which will be in Gary's truck at the finish line, we will need to get these bags in Gary's truck before we leave fri morning...you have been warned!!  Cheesy
A cox & passenger from each boat will be responsible for taking their jacket/waterproofs on the bus to the start line, there will be one bag on each boat to hold the other 4 rowers lightweight waterproofs/poncho but that will be all!! Again someone from each boat will be responsible for carrying seats etc to the start so nothing gets left behind. I suggest Simon & Caroline organise this for their boats by designating the respobsibilties  Wink

That just about covers it so far, I have also booked a table for 21 on the fri night at Zizzi's Italian Restaurant for 8.30.

Also men's kit all ordered at £15 per person, will dish them out as soon as they arrive!!

Cheers Everyone!!!  Cheesy

No bags on the boys boats means extra room for crates of beer and palm trees  Wink

Which team is in which boat - we need to know as there are fixed seats in some?
Can the vets team have a practice together on Thursday this week?

We are leaving as soon as Sian finishes work 1530-1600 so we can give people a lift then, however we cannot give a lift home form London.
