I think its 2 hours and it a really high tide tomorrow. Im no expert just hope it works out.

Not an expert but you could carry over mud and launch in channel, or just wait an extra 30 mins & you should be ok . 

I can row tomorrow afternoon if there is a space.

To save any complications, would it not make sense to do one row full boat at 4 to return for the next boat at 5.30 to return for a third row at 7, we have plenty of people to do 3 sittings, providing some senior members can help the 5.30 bunch!

Would also save moving boats and lights going missing etc!!

Sian, can you make 5.30 to get more experience in that boat? and then Di can row at 4pm?

I can do 5.30 instead of 7 which will also help.
