Not an expert but you could carry over mud and launch in channel, or just wait an extra 30 mins & you should be ok .  Wink

To save any complications, would it not make sense to do one row full boat at 4 to return for the next boat at 5.30 to return for a third row at 7, we have plenty of people to do 3 sittings, providing some senior members can help the 5.30 bunch!

4pm -Judy, Sian, Bunty, Alan, Phil T
5.30 -Diane, Andy, Jim, Caroline (can one stay on from 4 to cox them)
7pm - Brian, Simon, Clacky, Moya, Bryony, & Libby

Would also save moving boats and lights going missing etc!!
(have also posted this on original mon row page)

Sian, can you make 5.30 to get more experience in that boat? and then Di can row at 4pm?

I can do 5.30 instead of 7 which will also help.

The 3 30pm row is still on, as per Judy's original post!!!! It was the time that suited us the best.
