Friday night meal?? (Read 8076 times)

Mo God Member Offline Live to row! Posts: 3803 Gender:	Friday night meal?? Aug 8^th, 2013 at 9:54am What does everyone want to do on the Fri night? I'll prob get there about 9! The Italian last year was nice! Can someone get the number and book it if everyone is happy with that plan? There will be about 27ish of us... Otherwise other suggestions gratefully received! Especially if someone can sort out and book!

I saw Cleo tonight and she said the Italian is called Zizzi's - I will eat anything so if someone could boom whatever they think best - chippy or Italian, that would be great - they will probably need to accommodate about 28 people! Sorry I have to hand this over but I'll be away for a couple of weeks and with the numbers we are looking at, it's probably best to book sooner rather than later! Can we book for 8.30/9.00 as I will struggle to arrive before then? Huh

When I say chippy it was a fantastically coooool place which happens to sell gorgeous fish and chips! (Amongst other stuff). I will ring you later today JD with news from the Italian.

OK so Zizzi's is booked! Two tables of 14 each. 8 30 for 9 00.

Re Saturday food after the race - I suggest that this year, we grab the food at the site itself rather than go back to the hotel to change and then get back to empty food stalls, which is what happened last year. However, if people would rather have a booked table at the chippy in Richmond after the race, speak now or forever hold your piece...........Am happy to do it....
