A few things from the meeting

We have about 26 people going to London and 22 coming back!

The minibus takes 17 and at the moment it looks like we may be two tow vehicles with two double trailors - that#s about 26 seats (4 in one car and 5 in the van) - I am driving up with the kids after school/work and will take Sarah so it looks like we can get everyone in the tow vehicles and minibus!

If you have a strong desire either way let the towers or Bunty know if you want to go in a car/van or minibus!

Bryony was going to check with Llannion if there was to be some trailor sharing etc!

Times to be posted closer to the day

Working party - do we need one? Presumably yes - I'll post a separate thread.

Hotel rooms seem all sorted

Costumes - see Sparks!

Teams - pretty much sorted but Phil Griff is still sorting Dirty Dick - not sure what plan B is if Dirty Dick isn't ready!

However boats, tow and bus tickets are all paid for and registered

Can't think of anything else - it was a bit like herding cats.... Shocked
