6.00pm for me please. I will also bring the erg down beforehand. I don’t know the code for the door so will be down for 5:45pm

Hi - I can’t train tomorrow after all but I will still bring the erg Dow at 5.45 - unless you prefer I brought it down earlier on in the day😊
