It looks like we have a crew for this - Gabi, Sian, Libby, Caroline with Jim to cox and Bryony to tow the double with a scull on the top.

Please all confirm below and organise logistics between you as the race start is Fishguard and finish is Newport

Unfortunately I can’t make this one!

Coxes briefing is 4.45
Boat launch is 5
Race start 5.30

It is long course weekend and some roads will be shut on Saturday, so we will have to plan around that.

Would it be an idea to get the boats and trailer away from the yard on Friday pm? Tho not sure where we could park them up?

This was discussed on Saturday and Bryony will be towing, there was talk of putting the boats at Gabi’s

I have let Pete Fletcher know we are sending a crew - fill out forms and pay on the day. There will be food after the race and he knows about any dietary requirements.

Also note that the start will be from Fishguard not Goodwick

Another logistic has come to play ... Sam needs a single for Sunday as well as double ...
Wonder if can get single n double on top of trailer ??

Conditions not looking good for the race and may have to cancel - they are meeting at 10am and final decision will be made then

RACE IS ON with some changes - see below

Hello
Good news the race is on!
However we have decided to hold the race at Newport bay
So race will be starting and finishing at the boat club Newport
So you will bring boats to Parrog
Plenty of parking available on the green
Same time schedule
Registration from 2:30pm at the boat club
Race start 5:30
Course distance 7 miles
See you soon it will be a great day
