Stormy weather is forecast so how about an extra erg session at the sailing club

Ok, thats fine, she can have my slot if she and Curtis both come. I have asked her to confirm.

Tyenne might come along too to offer encouragement and coaching which would also be good as she is out of action with an injury at the moment and she is a really good coach.
