Just putting it out there to judge interest, anyone fancy bike ride Sunday morning about 9.30ish, just a short 30/40 miles, or if not how about taking mountain bikes round Canaston Wood :D :D

Bums! Missed this one- but keen to get back out on the bike rather than indoors. (that's not "her indoors" - that's a different idea altogether).
Do we need to wait till the weekend though? Time's a wastin..

Rod and I will meet this sunday 0930 at the bridge - planned route is Tavernspite, Redroses. Llanddowror, over to Llansteffan for coffee, then retrace our steps - perhaps via Laugharne and Pendine?

All welcome - nobody left behind.
