I would like to row out with Mad Dogs but I have a dental appointment at 10.40 which I will have to cancel. So is this easterly enough to stop them rowing?

Go pro is charged guys, if you use the suction cup mount make sure it is attached to the gel coat and not a sticker and that the dead man is tied onto the bilge pump hose etc... ooh and you switch it on lol.... ;D

Well done today troops , a very eventful send off for the very brave mad dogs . Not sure how far they will get . It was throwing us about a bit . So again unless there is a major improvement A row may not be poss . But it would be a good opportunity to get the London double trailer loaded , so if anybody is available come down please .

After 3hrs rowing with waves coming over the bow the mad dogs came back into saundersfoot harbour. well done to them :), a wisemans boat kept them company well for 20mins then we ran for the harbour ;D ;D
