A few things from the meeting

We have about 26 people going to London and 22 coming back!

The minibus takes 17 and at the moment it looks like we may be two tow vehicles with two double trailors - that#s about 26 seats (4 in one car and 5 in the van) - I am driving up with  the kids after school/work and will take Sarah so it looks like we can get everyone in the tow vehicles and minibus!

If you have a strong desire either way let the towers or Bunty know if you want to go in a car/van or minibus!

Bryony was going to check with Llannion if there was to be some trailor sharing etc!

Hotel rooms seem all sorted

Teams - pretty much sorted but Phil Griff is still sorting Dirty Dick - not sure what plan B is if Dirty Dick isn't ready!

However boats, tow and bus tickets are all paid for and registered

Can't think of anything else - it was a bit like herding cats.... :o

Llanion only have 2 and a bit boats at this point, so may not be taking a 3rd boat up. Also they will only have 1 double trailer.

I will let you know if I hear anything different.

Dirty Dick is almost ready to go. As far as I know all that is required is:
gunnels painting
new plug
bouyancy
bilge pump
oars

Has anyone had the chance to do any of this? 

I am still on the buoyancy trail... Towy are getting some for their pembs longboat... am talking to Bob. not been down to measure up yet  :-[

Would it be woth asking Bob re pump and bung or are they commonly sourced?
