putting ergs away week ending 23rd March

The clubhouse is being let for a meeting on Wednesday evening 20th March so we need to put the ergs to one end of the room after the Tuesday session.
The room will also be used on Saturday 23rd morning and the machines need to be removed for this one.
Does anyone know if the Welsh team will be using them on Friday 22nd?
If so they will need to put the machines downstairs afterwards, if not we will need to put them away after the Thursday session.
Also everywhere must be left tidy.

Hi Jim, I thought Rotary were booked in for the 27th March, that is what I have put on the calendar. Is this the meeting you are referring to, have I been told the wrong date or is it a different meeting? The club is currently available on the 20th, just let me know.

There is a booking on Saturday 23rd.
