Phil can you clarify that you will be taking your boat out and will swap with a rower? Therefore wouldn’t be included in the starting numbers?  Huh

Lovely row perfect conditions... all returned safe n sound if not a bit sunburnt
Bbq n beach volleyball completed a perfect day

Great day guys, thanks to all, and to Phil and crew for the being on the saftey boat, well they were all bloody stupid, our most dangerous moment was when the safety boat when passed at warp factor nine....thanks for the fish...and the day finished off with beach volley ball, brilliant Cheesy Cheesy Kiss Kiss
